About your role:
You will lead Royal Greenland’s global brand and marketing agenda, shaping how our value proposition lands with customers, sales teams, chefs, partners, and consumers around the world.
This is not a “keep the wheels turning” kind of job. It is strategic, creative, connected to the business, and deeply global.
You will be responsible for:
- Brand strategy
Craft and champion our brand narrative and marketing system, from value proposition to quality differentiators to storytelling that resonates across cultures and markets. - B2B global marketing programs
Build integrated, ROI-driven marketing programs that make our brand relevant and irresistible. Equip sales teams and local marketing teams with tools, insights, and stories that help them win. - Channels, media & presence
Own our global channel plan, digital platforms, advertising, sponsorships, media, and three major global trade shows a year. You will shape how, where, and why we show up. - Collaboration & agency leadership
Partner with internal teams and manage agencies to deliver high-quality, on-time, on-point work that makes a real business difference. - Impact & measurement
Track results, measure effectiveness, and make sure marketing is delivering what the business needs, and more.
What you bring
You are a marketer with a global mindset, someone who loves connecting insight, creativity, strategy, and data. You thrive in multicultural environments, and you are comfortable leading both the big ideas and the structured execution behind them.
Here is what success looks like:
- A history of building ROI-driven global marketing plans
- Experience across markets and business segments (B2B, B2B2C, B2C)
- Ability to turn insights into high-impact strategies that adapt across cultures
- Strong creative judgement and the ability to get agencies to deliver at a high level
- Analytical horsepower to track, evaluate, and report on performance
- A habit of delivering “on time, in full”, even when projects are complex
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or similar
- +7 years of global marketing experience, ideally in food/seafood
- Fluency in English (Danish/Greenlandic is a bonus)
